Our business was Established in 1957 by Derek B Phillips an RICS surveyor. At that time handling a large number of rental portfolios as home ownership was less common than is seen today. We moved to a sales firm and have been specialising in that since. We are approaching 70 Years as a Local business in Merthyr Tydfil, something we are extremely proud of.

Peter Phillips (Retired Fellow of NAEA) become a partnership with his Father and actually run our business for the longest period. He is the person most associated and recognised with the firm. He has been this business for over 40 Years.

Scott Phillips .MNAEA joined in 2007 working alongside his dad, making us a 3rd generation Family Business. Working together for 15 Years, maintaining our position as one of the market leaders in our area.
Scott having gained over a decade of experience and knowledge then naturally moved to a position of taking over the everyday running and is now the Principle Director with Peter enjoying retirement.
